Point of view
Most companies don't have a marketing problem.
They have a disconnected revenue system. Marketing, sales, CRM, operations, analytics: each optimized alone, each with its own numbers, none of it compounding. We exist to reconnect them. Growth is the output.
The worldview
We think like operators, not marketers
We don't start with solutions. We start with constraints. Model, margins, pricing, retention, sales motion: we study the business before we prescribe anything. Only then do we decide what needs to change. Sometimes the honest answer is: don't spend more on marketing, fix the system that spends it.

The leaks we look for
Eight stages, eight ways to lose revenue
This is the checklist the diagnostic runs. Not war stories from clients we don't have yet: the failure mode we look for at each stage of the system, stated plainly.
01
Traffic
Budget split by habit; no channel knows its payback window.
02
Acquisition
Creative shipped as artwork: untested, unversioned, never retired.
03
Landing
The page answers a different question than the ad that brought the visitor.
04
Conversion
Nobody owns the rate; it changes only when someone redesigns.
05
CRM
Stages are opinions; the spreadsheet contradicts the CRM.
06
Automation
Follow-up depends on somebody remembering; hot leads cool for days.
07
Retention
Onboarding is a PDF; churn is discovered in the billing report.
08
Expansion
Upsells happen when customers ask; referrals are luck.
What we believe
Four beliefs behind every engagement
Systems over channels
A channel can be copied by a competitor tomorrow. A system that connects eight stages can't.
Data over opinions
Every recommendation comes with the number that produced it. If we can't measure it, we say so.
Automation over repetition
Any task done the same way three times is a bug. We fix it with software, not headcount.
Long-term over hacks
No dark patterns, no rented tactics. We build infrastructure designed to still be compounding in year three.
How we decide
Decision rules, in public
You shouldn't have to buy an engagement to find out how we think. These are the rules we hold ourselves to. Feel free to hold us to them too.
Business first
No channel recommendation before we understand the model, the margins and the math. Sometimes the honest answer is: don't spend more on marketing.
Constraint over symptom
We fix the bottleneck that caps the whole system, not the metric that's loudest in this week's meeting.
Evidence or silence
If we can't measure it, we say so, and design the cheapest experiment that would settle it.
Reversible before permanent
Cheap, reversible tests before expensive, permanent commitments. Architecture decisions get made with data, not taste.
