Twelve questions, three minutes. You get the constraint most likely holding back your revenue, how confident the reading is, and what to look at first. No email gate; the diagnosis is yours.

Question 01 / 12

Acquisition

Do you know your acquisition cost and payback per channel?

Answer for how things actually work today, not how they're supposed to work. The model behind the score is public: see the maturity ladder on the Framework page.

Second tool

What does a customer cost you, and how fast does it come back?

Pure arithmetic on your own numbers. If the payback period surprises you, the Growth Score above will usually tell you which stage is doing the damage.

CAC payback calculator

Ads, content, tools, agency fees: everything spent to acquire.

Customers, not leads.

MRR per customer, or monthly average for non-subscription.

%

Revenue minus cost of delivering it, as a percent.

CAC · cost per customer
€500
Monthly contribution per customer
€187.5
Payback period
2.7 mo

A common working target in SaaS is payback under 12 months; treat the threshold as context-dependent, not a law. The number that actually matters is per channel, not blended: if you can't produce this math per source, that is itself the finding.

What a bottleneck looks like

One mismatch can outweigh the whole ad budget

A modeled funnel with every input stated. This is the shape of finding the Growth Leverage Map ranks: not more spend, one repaired stage.

As it runs today

10,000 visitors · 4% opt-in → 400 leads → 15 customers

One repaired stage

Assumption, stated: matching the landing page to the ad moves opt-in from 4% to 6%.

Same 10,000 visitors · 6% opt-in → 600 leads → ~22 customers

No extra spend. The constraint was message match on one page, not the budget.
